Hi Everyone! I want to chat about our emotions/feelings which is known as our Emotional Guidance System. Our feelings/emotions rule how you are feeling. Our feelings/emotions rule also what kind of day, week, month or truly what kind of life you will be living. How you ask can our feelings rule?

We choose every single day on how we feel about everything. This is the key word is choice. Choice decides what direction we go, the decisions we make, how we feel at every single moment in time. We alone are responsible for our emotions, feelings and the choices we make. We just do not recognize the importance of our feelings. Emotions are the indicator of what you are attracting. Emotions are powerful tools and they guide us every day.

How many of you on an hourly or daily basis check in with yourself on how you are feeling? How has your self-talk been? Self-talk is a huge player on your emotions/feelings. If you could record your thoughts in one day, would the feedback be positive or negative? Would you have said things about yourself that you would never ever say to another? Self-talk rules your emotions also. Pay attention to yourself for one day and listen to what you think. Are your words kind, gentle and loving or are they negative, hurtful or demeaning? This is the importance of choice and how you can either have a great or bad day. When you feel good, all things are possible and when you feel bad, you will have a miserable day and either of these emotions can make or break someone else's day also.

A piece of advice - you can improve any bad thought or feeling at any given moment by simply choosing to focus on things or thoughts that make you feel good. We can easily linger on feeling those heavy bad feelings or choose to look at the wonderful things we are blessed to have. Look at your blessings and the abundance that is in your life.

So I ask you, please be in control of your thoughts and choose to be kind, loving, gentle and patient with yourself and choose to change a bad day or thought into a good one.

Good Morning Everyone. I hope you are having an amazing long weekend. I do hope you are taking time for yourself. I wanted to talk about Self-Forgiveness. This is about forgiving yourself. I am in the process of doing this now to further heal my heart of past wrong doing and hurt that people have done to me. I have done the work on forgiving them but now I also need to forgive myself. I know you must be thinking why? If I have forgiven them for what they have done to me, why do I have to forgive myself? The hurt still lingers in our hearts. I can speak of this personally. My father physically hurt me when I was young but as I got older and before he passed and after his passing I had forgiven him for his action but truthfully the pain and memory is still embedded in me emotionally and physically. I have begun to forgive myself also as I understand that my soul came here to learn a lesson. I have come to understand that in a past life I must have played a role in hurting someone and to balance the understanding, I received the hurt. The bigger picture is I had to understand both sides of physical abuse and forgive myself that I had hurt someone in a past life and forgive the child that received the hurt this lifetime. Healing oneself is a powerful tool to move forward in life with a lighter heart. We deserve to live a life with peace, joy and happiness. Much love to you all Nancy

Hi Everyone!

I want to write about something that has come to my attention numerous times now and that is about TRUST.

Trust - it something that most of us have struggled with, doubted it and lost faith in. We all have been hurt by putting our trust in someone else and then being betrayed, hurt or even judged. I know I have and it takes along time to heal from those feelings but the wonderous thing is that we do heal when others have hurt us. Time does heal.

I feel compelled to write about when we lose trust within oneself.

This could be putting your trust in Spirit and feeling let down because your thoughts did not create what you were hoping for; or trusting that you thought you were emotionally stronger than what you are; or trusting you made the right decision and found out you were wrong. There are many more examples but you have the idea. I definitely had trust issues with myself growing up and in time began thinking I could not trust my own decisions.

What I have come to understand as I get older and spiritually stronger is that I do trust. I place my trust and faith in God and ask for the highest outcome in every situation that I find myself in. I trust that I will be taken care of and guided by Spirit. I trust that when I ask for help, I will receive it. I no longer doubt myself when it comes to trusting. Trust works with faith which works with believing. Three powerful words to live by.

As humans we are here to learn and to grow from life lessons and I feel trust is a life lesson to learn. We cannot stop trusting our instinct even at times when we think it has waived off to the side or the outcome isn't what we expected. We have to trust that our Soul knows what is best for us and keeps us on the path we are meant to be on.

Do not stop believing in yourself and start trusting God and your Soul that you will always do what is best for yourself.

Big hugs,

Nancy MacCallum,
