Meditation

How would you feel to give yourself one hour to be in a state of nothingness? Just to feel peace, relaxed and calm? I can offer you this in a meditation guiding you and having calming music in the background. This class will be done through zoom. Life can be so busy and at times overwhelming with our to do lists and for some, raising children. We do not take a time out for ourselves, which our soul and physical body is searching for. I am going to start up an afternoon and an evening class once a week starting in December. If you are interested, please send me an email to find a day and time that fits your schedule.
Distant Healing

Can healing really happen across distance? Yes! How it works - it is done with the power of intention, energy, and love. It is the process of sending healing energy to someone who is not physically near us. When a healer focuses their intention, this energy gets directed to the receiver. We are not just physical bodies but energy beings and energy travels through the universal energy field.
Reiki Healing
Refresh with a 50 minute Reiki energy session. It is also one of the few forms of healing that can be used to heal oneself. Reiki does not conflict with other health care modalities, but enhances its results.

What is Reiki? It is an ancient Japanese practice that channels the universal life force energy to heal and harmonize the body and mind. It is a healing energy channelled from the practitioner to the client. The energy assists in restoring and balancing the physical and emotional bodies. It clears and opens the 7 major Chakras. Some examples that my clients have benefited from are: healing stress, anxiety, pain, headaches, recovering from surgery and back pain.

Reiki with Chakra Balancing

There are 7 energy chakras that are located in the centre of the spine. These energy centres affect our emotional and physical health. If they become blocked or are not aligned, health issues can arise.
This 50 minute healing session begins with a meditation followed by healing the 7 chakras with the Reiki crystals and healing.
Angel Card Reading

Card reading is a modality of connecting with the spirit realm and with your higher self to offer you insight, guidance and direction. With three cards, I will interpret the messages and offer you clarity with what Spirit has for you. If you have asked a specific question, the answer will be there in the cards. If you never have had any type of reading before, this is a great introduction to the Spiritual realm.
Psychic/Mediumship Reading

Development
Reiki Level I Class:
Reiki Level I is a permanent attunement to the Reiki Ray. Once initiated,
it allows a person to channel Reiki energy for healing oneself and others.

The class consists of a lecture and hands on practice. It includes: history, working with Chakras, hand positions to treat self and others. You will receive a manual and a Certificate after completion.
Reiki Level II Class
Reiki Level II requires further initiations for attunement to the keys utilized in this level. A minimum of 21 days should elapse between First and Second Levels.

The course consists of lecture and hands on practice. It includes more information on working with Chakras, a manual and Certificate. The student is trained to use appropriate Second Level Sacred Symbols which provide an increase of power from the Reiki Ray for “Absent or Distant Healing” and “Mental/Emotional Healing”.

The First and Second levels must be mastered thoroughly before the person is considered for the next Degree.
Reiki Level III Class
Master/Teacher Level.
This Degree designation is the level of Reiki Master. Here the student becomes a Master of Reiki and also learns to become a teacher of Reiki. This course consists of a review of First and Second Degrees, Reiki Master attunements, Symbols & initiations, Teachers manual, hands on practice of how to give attunements and Master’s Certificate.
