Raising Your Frequency

This blog is going to be different from my previous blogs.  This time, I’m going to respond to a question that I am often asked, “how do I raise my frequency?”  For most people this question arises as they meditate and try to raise their awareness to a higher level or “frequency.”

At its heart, your frequency = your state of being, and your state of being determines the reality you experience.

The following four steps represent a simple spiritual framework for raising your frequency and creating a fulfilling life.  The framework focuses on following your natural excitement as a guide.  The core premise is that your excitement or highest passion in any moment is a built-in compass that leads you toward your optimal life path — including relationships, career, creativity, and personal growth.

Here are the four steps:

  1. Act on your excitement Whenever you feel excitement, passion, or strong curiosity — even about something small — treat it as a directional signal.

  2. Take action to the best of your ability Do what you can with the resources you have right now, without forcing anything.

  3. Stay without expectation of outcome Hold a direction, not a rigid picture of how things must unfold.  This reduces resistance and allows unexpected opportunities.

  4. Remain in a state of complete trust Trust that following your excitement leads to the most efficient path toward growth, abundance, and wellbeing.

Live from your excitement, stay open to how life unfolds, trust the process, and you will move toward your most aligned and authentic life path.

If these steps resonate with you and you would like to explore how to implement them in your life, I’d be happy to discuss this with you.
