Reiki Energy Healing

Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing art that channels Universal Life Force Energy to restore harmony within your physical, emotional, and energetic bodies. Rather than “fixing” symptoms, Reiki invites your system to realign — releasing stress, soothing discomfort, and supporting natural healing.
Clients often experience a deep calm, relief from pain, and greater emotional clarity after a session. This form of healing resonates with the wisdom of many spiritual traditions that teach: When life force flows freely, well-being is possible. (This session can be done in person or through zoom)
Reiki with Meditation
The session begins with a gentle, calming meditation designed to deepen your breath, soothe the nervous system, and creates an inner stillness. As your body relaxes and your mind settles, Reiki energy is offered to support physical ease, emotional balance, and energetic harmony. Meditation helps quiet the “mental chatter,” making it easier for Reiki’s subtle energy to be received and integrated. Clients often report, greater clarity, and a deeper connection to their own inner wisdom.
This service is ideal for those looking to strengthen their meditation practice while receiving the profound healing benefits of Reiki. (Available in person or through Zoom.)

This session combines energy healing with intuitive guidance received directly from Spirit. This service helps you see what your soul already knows to help you on your journey.
This session begins with a 50 min reiki session followed by the insights received by Spirit — perfect for those who want both healing and meaning. ( This session can be done both in-house and through zoom.)

Chakra Balancing with Reiki

Our bodies have seven primary energy centers (chakras), each connected to specific emotional and physical aspects of life. When blocked or out of alignment, disturbances can arise.This session begins with guided meditation and Reiki crystal work to gently cleanse, balance, and open your chakras — helping you reconnect with your innate capacity for harmony and joy.
Distant Healing
Distance healing works on the principle that energy isn’t bound by time or space. Many teachers — from Reiki masters to mystics — affirm that intention and love transcend physical proximity.You don’t need to be in the room for healing to occur. Through focused intention and energetic connection, healing energy can be sent directly to you wherever you are. (This session is done through zoom.)

Coaching with Harmony in Healing is a supportive, client-centred process designed to help you clarify where you are, where you want to go, and what may be holding you back. Rather than simply giving advice, this coaching creates a space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and goals with a trained guide who meets you with curiosity and compassion.

Life Coaching

Past Life Reading

A Refresher course in Reiki Healing Skills
For those of you that have taken the Reiki courses - levels One and Two, we will be offering a refresher course. This course will be geared to those that may have been away from the practice and would like to refresh their skills.
This course will cover:
● Hand placements
● Reviewing the sacred symbols
● How to set up your practice - ordering business cards; where to get a massage table; your prayer before you begin your session; and the small reminders needed to make your client comfortable.

Reiki Level I Training

Reiki Level I provides a permanent attunement to the Reiki energy, enabling participants to channel Reiki for self-healing and for supporting the healing of others. In accordance with the teachings of Mikao Usui, this level emphasizes the importance of personal healing as the foundation of all Reiki practice and introduces Reiki as a spiritual discipline as well as a healing art.
This introductory course combines comprehensive instruction with hands-on practice. Topics include the history and lineage of Usui Reiki, an overview of the chakra system, and foundational hand positions for treating oneself and others. Students are also introduced to the Five Reiki Principles as taught by Master Usui, which support mindfulness, ethical living, and spiritual growth. Participants receive a course manual and a Certificate of Completion upon successful completion of the class.
Reiki Level II Training

Reiki Level II builds upon the foundational principles learned in Level I and includes additional attunements to the sacred symbols associated with this level. In alignment with Usui’s teachings, this level focuses on strengthening the practitioner’s connection to Reiki energy and cultivating focused intention as a key component of effective healing. A minimum period of 21 days is required between completion of Level I and enrollment in Level II.
The course consists of both lecture and practical application, offering deeper instruction in working with the chakras and the energetic body. Students are trained in the use of Second Level sacred symbols, which amplify Reiki energy and enable distant (absent) healing as well as mental and emotional healing. Emphasis is placed on responsibility, ethical use of Reiki, and continued self-practice as taught within the Usui lineage. A course manual and Certificate of Completion are provided.
Both Reiki Level I and Level II must be thoroughly integrated and practiced before a student is considered for advancement to the next degree.
Reiki Level III Training

Reiki Level III represents the Master/Teacher level of Reiki practice. At this level, students embody a deep commitment to the spiritual principles of Reiki as taught by Mikao Usui, recognizing mastery as a lifelong path of personal development, humility, and service. This degree prepares the practitioner not only to teach Reiki, but to uphold and transmit its traditional teachings with integrity.
This advanced course includes a comprehensive review of Reiki Levels I and II, Reiki Master attunements, sacred symbols and initiations, and detailed instruction on how to perform attunements. Students explore the responsibility of the Reiki Master as a steward of the lineage and the importance of living the Reiki Principles as an example to others. The training includes hands-on practice, a Teacher’s Manual, and culminates in the awarding of a Reiki Master Certificate.
