How many times a day do you acknowledge gratefulness? Once or at least 5 times or more...
Do you know that the more grateful you are, the more Spirit finds ways of bringing you more? The more gratitude we feel, the lighter our hearts and mind become. The reason for this is that we are in a state of appreciation and our mind forgets about the bad mood or bad day you are having, leaves behind all bad feelings. When we raise our frequency, we are more intuned to the higher vibration of spirit. It only takes a minute to appreciate the moment that has crossed your path. Simple things such as hearing the birds singing, a person buying your coffee, how the sun feels on your skin, to see a flock of geese fly, that you have home and food to eat. I could endlessly list so many but you understand. If you are wanting a better way of living, start with gratitude and appreciation, it does change your life. Before you go to sleep, just think of five things you are grateful for that day. It is a nice way to fall asleep.
