A DIFFERENT APPROACH TO ANGER

There can be times when we get so angry with someone that we find ourselves holding onto that anger that we can physically feel the affects the anger has.

In order to keep yourself from taking part, it is important to release the thoughts and the person into the care of the Universe with forgiveness.

Have you taken a pause for a moment and consider that perhaps the actions of the other person may have had nothing to do with you? If we can try to not take their actions personally, it can be easier to release them.

Before you add your fuel to their anger, take a deep breath before responding and maybe also walk away. Allow yourself the time to reconnect to your center and make the choice to respond from your higher self. We can never know all the circumstances that may have led someone to do something or say something. Taking this pause of breath before responding, we can release the negativity and ask Spirit to work out the best solution for all involved.

Remember, every day we have a chance to make a choice to bring light and love into this world. When we don't respond back, and I know this can be difficult, we bring a little more peace to this world.
