There is a magic to our evenings before we shut off the lights and wait for sleep to fall upon us. It holds us for a beautiful chance for gratitude and blessings.

Show gratitude and compassion to yourself for the person you were. Send love into the future for the person who are becoming.

It also allows you to let the past have its place and to trust the future is taken care of.

Take the last few moments to write in your grateful journal of the blessings you witnessed, felt, experienced and enjoyed. It is an amazing way to fall asleep with feeling grateful and the way you wakeup is the way you fell asleep.!

Live with a grateful heart, your life will be so much more enriched.

I just read this quote, and I just had to share. It is written by Neale Donald Walsh, author of Conversations with God:

"On this day of your life, I believe God wants you to know... that imagination is your greatest gift. Do not be afraid to use it. Imagine yourself as being okay right now. Totally okay. Imagine yourself as Whole, Complete and Perfect. With nothing to change, nothing to improve.

Imagine your heart as being open again, your life as if it were starting over in the most important ways. Can you imagine this?

Then you have just created Tomorrow"

January 1st - a new beginning in many ways. I was never one to set a New Year's resolution as it is way too easy to give up even just a few months into the year. Instead why not look at January as a new opportunity to change or alter the things that no longer serve you? I know for most of us what our soul needs and that is nourishment, laughter, happiness, joy and self-love. Who wouldn't feel better with more laughter, loving ourself more, finding new adventures, and growing spiritually and mentally?

If you feel you can't find the path, ask yourself what is holding you back. If you cannot find the answers or have lost your way, please reach out to me as I can help you. We are never truly lost, sometimes we need a little guidance and Spirit always has the answers that we are seeking.
